Billing changes affecting ALL patients from 1st November 2023
Practice Bulk-Billing Update
Due to the Medicare Bulk-Billing incentive increase by the Department of Health & Ageing, this practice will bulk-bill most consultations for the following patient’s (weekdays only) with the exception of telephone consultations which will incur a $30.00 gap fee.
All patients must present a valid concession card to each appointment for bulk-billing:
- Gold DVA Cardholders
- Pension Cardholders
- Concession Cardholders
- Children up the the age of 16 years
Some consults may incur a gap fee and will be at the general practitioner’s discretion.
Please be advised ALL PATIENTS are charged a private fee on Saturdays for face to face and telephone/video consultations.
All general face to face and telephone/video consultations will incur a fee from $71.40 with a Medicare rebate of $41.40 ($30.00 out of pocket expense).
Payment to be made on the day of your appointment. The Medicare rebate can be directly deposited into your nominated bank account with Medicare.
Bulk-billing may also be offered outside of the guidelines on an individual basis. Some services will continue to be bulk-billed such as medical healthcare plans, and Government funded health assessments.
Please note that other consultations may incur a higher out of pocket expense. For further information please speak to our friendly reception staff.
Patients without a registered Medicare card will incur a fee from $91.40 for face to face & telephone/video consultations.

It is practice policy that all accounts are settled IN FULL on the day of consultation, NO ACCOUNTS WILL BE ISSUED.

We are located nearby to public transport, have ample parking available onsite and full wheelchair accessibility to the practice.
Appointments are available 6 days a week, from 8.00am – 5.30pm on weekdays & from 8.30am – 1.00pm on Saturdays.
Please note: We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
